The hotel is clean, the rooms are excellent in size, and very affordable. Our rooms are cleaned daily and come equipped with a fridge and a King-size bed. The staff is super friendly and outstandingly accommodating. The location is unbeatable and in a fairly nice area, close to restaurants, stores, and area attractions in Paris, Texas.

The staff was courteous and very good, so I will certainly stay here again. This hotel was friendly. The setting of property was marvellous, in a good part of town. What's more, it was near restaurants and Wal Mart and the area attractions in Paris. The room itself was clean and fairly quiet.

The rooms were large with king bed, felt like home. The location was absolutely perfect, minute walk from Christ Community Church...

Truly enjoyed our good stay for the price. The food was good for breakfast. Our rooms were cleaned on a daily basis and available with amenities like a microwave and tub. All of the staff were affable and polite.

The 2 queen beds were comfortable for us. I asked for a chair for my husband to sit in in case he had trouble sleeping in the bed. The chair was there. The pillows were the greatest.

One minor problem that was taken care of immediately. The toilet would not flush, and the problem was checked out and fixed immediately. There were not other problems.

The location was unbeatable and exceptionally nice for first time visitors to Paris. The room I booked was reasonably large and provided with a King-size bed, microwave, and fridge. The staff were amicable, and the wake-up service and ironing were free of charge.

The staff was friendly and accommodating. They changed my room upon my request. They helped with the wifi and getting that connected. I had a bike ride to get up for the next morning and they had breakfast waiting in the dining room earlier than the posted time. The staff was great!

It's just an older hotel and for the money it was a great value. The reviews were good online and that's why I stayed. I had a little trouble with reading lamps (no bulbs). The A/C also started making noise in the middle of the night and I had to turn it off...so I didn't really get a good nights sleep...not that I would have anyway due to the entire bike ride thing. I will probably opt for a B&B my next trip.

The location of the property was unbeatable and marvelous, close to everything. Moreover, it's just next door to several restaurants and the local Methodist church and downtown.

I stayed in 112 go in and see what needs to be fixed the carpet the gaps between the door and the facing etc.

The staff here were super helpful and friendly, and the location is right in a great spot in town. The room I got was a good size and the price was really reasonable. I had a comfy king-size bed just like I was hoping for, and had a great stay. 😊
